Rachel is a senior engineering leader who’s all about connecting the dots between happy customers, thriving engineers, and successful businesses. When those three come together, magic happens!

She works with engineering managers and principal engineers, helping them coach and grow delivery teams which perform and scale well, sustainably. She teams up with execs and product folk to make sure they are always focused on delivering value and improving how they work.

Rachel is also a long-time contributor to the NZ Tech Rally community. She first joined us as a panellist in 2023, then gave a standout closing keynote at our 2025 conference. In 2026, Rachel officially joined the crew to lead the Engineering & Platforms track. We are thrilled to have her return as the Track Lead for Engineering & Platforms once again in 2027.
