Camy Bhandari is the Co-Founder and Director of NZ Tech Rally, and the lead organiser for all our conferences. She brings over 15 years of software development experience across banking, fintech, consultancies, startups, and government. As a first-generation migrant, woman of colour, and neurodiverse person, Camy draws on her own experiences to shape NZ Tech Rally into an inclusive and accessible space for everyone.

Outside Tech Rally, Camy also works full-time at Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) as a Senior Digital Specialist – Testing. She enjoys gardening, cooking, and growing much of her own food at her mini homestead with her family and animals.
