Aaron Hodder
He/HimAaron is a co-founder for NZ Tech Rally. He cares about great people building great software, responsibly. He therefore focuses on the human aspects of software development, both in terms of the humans who use and are affected by our products, and the humans who create them. He specialises in agile and lean ways of working.
Aaron has got plenty of experience talking at local and international conferences about leaner approaches to test planning and reporting, among other things!
Aaron is wearing many hats for NZ Tech Rally 2026. He is our main event/single track MC. He is also the Track lead for Testing & Quality track and on our 2026 talk selection committee.
