Ruth McDavitt

Ruth has been working to future-proof Aotearoa’s Tech industry with Summer of Tech since 2008, working to bridge the gap between learning and earning, and accelerate local connections. Her focus is the people and business side of tech, and she has a background is in economic and business development. In the pre-2020 times, she was active participating, supporting and promoting Wellington tech meetups and events, and is super excited to be hang out with fellow NZ software folks and rally with y’all around some hope for the future. A strong believer in squiggly lines for career and life paths, Ruth doesn't like writing bios but is grateful if you read this far.
