Patricia Tan

Patricia is a Senior Digital Product Designer with an extensive background in human-centred design for tech that seeks to create better outcomes for people and the planet. Philippine-born and Aotearoa-raised, Patricia has a particular interest in design for equity and inclusion that seeks to honour and connect the lived experiences of a diverse multicultural society to ‘build better together’ through interdisciplinary collaboration. She has been at the helm of research, strategy, and design streams for purpose-driven projects spanning charity, non-profit, wellbeing, and professional services.
